The hotel had a great location, with easy access and convenient parking. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice amenities like grab rails in the shower. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of tasty options.
The staff seemed unprepared to handle accidents, and we did not receive prompt assistance when my partner fell. the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times and could have been better.

We loved this hotel's location in a medieval town with easy access to other well-known towns nearby. The rooms were sleek, modern and comfortable with little details that made our stay more convenient, like grab rails in the shower. The staff was friendly, helpful and the bar service with excellent tapas and an amazing daily menu at exceptional value was a bonus.

Excellent room with thoughtful details, comfortable fittings, and great ambiance. Good bar service with delicious tapas. The dinner in the hotel was outstanding. Convenient cafeteria and excellent restaurant with various menu options. Private spa session available for couples. Fantastic location in beautiful Cantavieja. Friendly and helpful staff. Gourmet Spanish cuisine.

Located in a charming medieval town, with easy access to other towns in the area. Good food at the hotel restaurant and a nice spa area to relax. Best aspects: the hotel is conveniently located to visit the surrounding medieval towns, which was great for exploring during our Christmas stay. the food at the hotel was a highlight, especially the regional specialties offered at the restaurant. the spa area offered a nice escape from the cold weather.
The staff was not very accommodating, and we experienced a lack of warmth and friendliness. There were also issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

Our family stumbled upon a hidden gem in the mountains of Teruel. the hotel had an atmosphere that blends elegant modernity with a classic style that matches its wild and unspoilt surroundings. the room and bathroom were clean and stylishly appointed with adequate toiletries and towels. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good choice of cereals, pastries eggs, and hams. the hotel offers couples a private 50-minute spa session with their steam room and massage bath.
The sound insulation between rooms could be improved.
